Lifetime International Property Fund
The Lifetime International Property Fund is a single sector fund that provides exposure to Listed Property. It is invested 100% in growth assets (Listed Property). The fund seeks to track the Dow Jones Global Select ESG Real Estate Securities Index (RESI), 100% hedged to NZD. It does this through investing 100% into the Kernel Global Green Property Fund.
